INTAKT-Final Conference: Berlin September 2012

Wednesday, 12 September 2012, 13:01.

During the conference the results of the INTAKT were presented to a broader circle of external experts. Vocational trainees, who had participated in different mobility-projects, introduced the results of their EVST-projects, which they had realized abroad.

Furthermore the project-partners reported experiences and findings gained during the realization of the INTAKT-approach and its added value, especially concerning the documentation of learning outcomes, achieved in professional oriented internships abroad.

Finally interested representatives from sending-organisations and companies coult get a deeper insight in the steps of the INTAKT-approach and the functions of the EVST-database.

Partner-Meeting 5: Valencia May 2012

Tuesday, 22 May 2012, 14:13.

In Valencia (Spain) from 14 – 17 May 5.2012 a draft offline version of the EVST-database were tested among project-partners. Also the concept and text for the database-interface were developed.

Parallel the structure and content of the project-documentation and the programme oft he final conference in Berlin were agreed.

Partner-Meeting 4: Cork March 2012

Thursday, 15 March 2012, 16:32.

The fourth partner-meeting at Cork (Ireland), which took place from 6 – 9 March 2012 had the aim to agree on final solutions for the finalization of the foreseen project-results. Basing on the experiences, gained during the testing-phase, the conceptual frame of the INTAKT-approach was revised and adopted to recognized needs in order to prepare the programming of the envisaged project-database.

Additionally partners developed and agreed on materials for the “project-marketing” in order to prepare dissemination activities adopted to different target groups.

Partner Meeting 3: Odense September 2011

Monday, 05 September 2011, 23:58.

The third meeting took place in Odense (Denmark) from 31st August to 3rd September and treated mainly about the presentation of the graphic prototype of the INTAKT platform by the Danish partner SDE, as well as the presentation of the experiences of “The professional field research” by Friedrich List Schule in the organization of their mobility programmes in May-June 2011.

An analysis of the procedures for the task settings was also done and discuss among all the partners.

An important part of the meeting was dedicated to the explanation of the materials to prepare for the Interim report by all the participants.

Finally, a timeline and tasks to be done where distributed among the participants.

Partner Meeting 2: Bournemouth March 2011

Saturday, 12 March 2011, 23:38.

The second meeting organized in Bournemouth (United Kingdom) during 8-11 March 2011 had as objective to analyze and present the work done by the partners since the last meeting. In particularly there were presentations about the learning platform by Arbeit und Leben, the dissemination strategy by ESMOVIA and the evaluation concept by Semper Avanti.

As special attention and time was dedicated to the Training Concept, developed by Friedrich List Schule, and the steps to follow for  the realization of an intercultural professional field research abroad.

All these topics where discuss by all the participants.

There were also time to clarify some points about the funding, accounting and reporting.

Finally the next meeting date was fixed and approved by all the project, as well as the task to be done.

Partner Meeting 1: Berlin Dec 2010

Thursday, 16 December 2010, 22:58.

This first meeting, hold in Berlin during 13 and 14 December 2010, had as main objective to present the project to all the partners and to get to know to each other.

Arbeit und Leben, as promoters of the projects were in charge of illustrate the project details to the participants. A first introduction to funding, accounting and reporting was also foreseen.  

There were Power-point presentations prepared by any of the partners to show the different organisations participating in the project.

There was also time to discuss about the distribution of tasks among the partners and to establish a timeline. Finally the dates for the next meeting were fixed and agreed by all the participants.
